Order Policies & Guarantee

Welcome to Wright Transfers (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clear expectations and a smooth ordering experience.
1. Ordering & Artwork Requirements
1.1 Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is:

High-resolution (300 DPI recommended)

Properly sized before uploading

In the correct color profile (RGB preferred for best output)

Free of spelling errors or design issues
Wright Transfers is not responsible for artwork mistakes submitted by the customer.
1.2 Color Variations
Due to differences in screens, inks, film, and curing processes:

Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your device

Minor color variation is not considered a defect
1.3 Gang Sheets
For gang sheets:

The customer is responsible for layout, spacing, and alignment
-
Incorrect spacing or overlapping images are not eligible for refunds
2. Production & Turnaround
Production times vary based on workload and order size. Typical turnaround is posted on the website but is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Equipment maintenance
-
Supply chain issues
-
High-volume periods
Shipping times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Wright Transfers.
3. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our DTF transfers. If there is a clear manufacturing defect, we will reproduce or refund the affected portion of your order.
Defects eligible for reprint/refund include:

Film defects or damage before delivery

Major color shifting outside normal variance
-
Missing elements that were present in the uploaded file
-
Incorrect size printed vs. what was ordered
-
Print not curing correctly due to our production error
NOTE: Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
4. Issues Not Covered (No Refunds / No Reprints)
We cannot provide refunds or reprints for:

Pressing or application issues caused by incorrect heat settings
-
Transfers damaged after delivery
-
Artwork errors (spelling, sizing, colors, low resolution)
-
Orders placed in the wrong size or quantity
-
Transfers pressed onto materials not compatible with DTF
-
Minor color variations
-
Customer error in gang sheet layout
-
Transfers stored incorrectly (heat, humidity, creasing, etc.)
Wright Transfers is not liable for failures caused by:
-
Heat presses that run too hot or too cold
-
Inconsistent pressure
-
Using irons or non-professional equipment
-
Pressing onto fabrics with coatings or treatments
5. Refunds, Reprints & Returns
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued when:

Wright Transfers is at fault
-
A defect is verified with clear photos
-
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
5.2 Reprints
When possible, we will reprint rather than refund.
5.3 Returns
Because transfers are custom-printed for each customer:

We do not accept returns unless explicitly requested by us for inspection.
5.4 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once:
-
They have entered production
-
A gang sheet has been generated
-
A print has begun processing
6. Shipping Policies
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier
-
Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation
-
Damage that occurs during transit (you may file a carrier claim)
7. Proper Use Disclaimer
DTF transfers require correct application. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Use accurate temperature, time, and pressure
-
Test press new fabrics
-
Follow instructions provided on our website
Transfers will not qualify as defective if failure is due to user application error.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not responsible for:

Loss of garments
-
Loss of time or business
-
Any indirect or consequential damages
